Technical solutions:
The teste machine adopts a frame structure weld by integral steel
plates of a frame, a 2000KN single-rod double-acting oil cylinder
is installed in an oil cylinder seat and is connected to a movable
cross beam through a load sensor, a reverse frame for apply test
force is formed by that movable cross beam, the oil cylinder, two
pull rods and a front pull head seat, a movable rear pull head seat
is installed in the force application frame, the front pull head
seat and the rear pull head seat are respectively connected with a
sample, and a reaction frame is driven by the oil cylinder to apply
test force to the sample,According to the specification and length
of the sample, the position of the movable slider seat can be
adjusted step by step to adjust the stretching space. The sample is
connected by a bolt type. The oil passage adopts a flow control
valve to adaptively servo control the test process. The
high-precision load sensor measures the force. The computer screen
displays the test force and the test curve. The test data are
automatically processed according to the requirements of the test
method. The machine is suitable for stretching and breaking test
force of flexible samples such as steel wire ropes, shackles,
slings, etc.
