Method of use:
1. According to the test requirements, determine the weight and
impact height of the hammer body, and make good samples for
reserve.
2. Determine the weight of the hammer.
3. Put the hammer rod on from the sliding sleeve under the hammer
seat, put the selected weight on the hammer rod, and tighten the
nut.
4. Turn on the power and enter the working state.
5 press the "slow rise" key, will hammer up from the bottom, press
the "stop" key, in order to facilitate the installation of samples.
6. Open the laboratory door and place the sample on the V-shaped
iron.
7. Observe the left photoelectric switch red indicator state: off
indicates that the sample is too high to pass the light, on
indicates that the sample is low, the light can pass, adjust the
lifting handwheel, so that the sample on the bus and the center of
the photocell on the same level.
8 to determine the height of zero: with the "slow down", "slow up"
key, the hammer just contact with the sample, according to the
height of the display table zero point "Xiao zero".
9. Close the protective net and door, press the "quick rise"
button, the ruler indicates the lifting height, and press the
"stop" button when it reaches the predetermined height.
10 impact: first press the "pre-drop hammer" key, so that the key
on the indicator light, and then press the "drop hammer" key,
hammer body falling, impact sample. Note: PRESS the "PRE-DROP
HAMMER" key: the key stop indicator light is not bright, indicating
that the sample is too high, and the height of the sample needs to
be adjusted. "Pre-drop hammer" key: press this key, into the
pre-drop hammer state (after the sample is installed), press the
"drop hammer" key, hammer body immediately drop, press other keys
to remove the drop hammer state.
11. When the hammer impact the sample, the sample is not broken so
that the hammer rebound, the photoelectric signal control hammer
mechanism will quickly clip (connect) the rebound hammer, to
prevent the purpose of secondary impact.
12. Press the "quick descent" key, insert the bolt on the hammer
seat into the electromagnetic seat, and press down the micro switch
to stop the descent.
